DEFINITIONS

  • "Seller" refers to Anant Jiwo, a reputed brand of Aayush Sanskriti Goods and Services Pvt. Ltd.

  • "Buyer" refers to the Retail Customer placing the order.

RECEIVING OF ORDER

All orders must be placed through our web portal (www.anantjiwo.com) in writing and are accepted. All products listed on the website are for retail customers. Customers can apply only one promotional code per purchase.

VALIDITY OF QUOTATION AND PRICES

  • Prices are firm for delivery within the period stated in the Seller’s quotation and include GST or any other applicable taxes.

  • Prices are for Goods delivered, exclusive of shipping charges, etc.

  • Goods once sold cannot be returned except if they are damaged from our dispatch side.

PAYMENT

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges will apply. However, if you pay the full amount in advance through the payment gateway, shipping is free.

DELIVERY PERIOD

DELIVERY IN INDIA

  • The estimated delivery time within India is generally 5-10 business days. Time may vary according to the customer’s location. If the location is not served by our regular courier, orders will be dispatched through Value Payable Post (VPP) or Speed Post, which may take 10-12 days.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE INDIA

  • Shipments outside India through private courier partners will take 7-10 days for delivery. Shipments through India Post may take 12-15 days. Due to customs and import clearance, delivery may take up to 15-20 days. Delivery timings are also subject to customs policies and regulations of the customer’s region.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Anant Jiwo, a reputed brand of Aayush Sanskriti Goods and Services Pvt. Ltd. is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you have a complaint, please refer to our cancellation, return, and refund policy for a smooth resolution.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

  • Cancellations are allowed without any questions asked, with a full refund of the amount paid by the customer, provided the product has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately at +91-9625 050 512 or anantjiwo@gmail.com to assist with the cancellation.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable import, export control, and sanctions laws, regulations, orders, and requirements, including those of India and the jurisdictions where the Seller and Buyer are established or from where items may be supplied. This includes adhering to the requirements of any licences, authorizations, general licences, or licence exceptions related to the receipt and use of goods.

JURISDICTION

The contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi courts.
