How to use:

Hot Therapy:
• Boiling Water Method: Place the gel pack in hot water (approximately 80°C) for 15-20 mins. Carefully remove the gel pack and wrap it around with a dry towel for use.
• Microwave method:Gently clean the gel pack with water and then place it in a microwave. Heat it for 30 seconds, first at a lower heat setting and then slowly increase the heat every 10 seconds for best results.
Massage the pack with hands to distribute the heat. Use the hot pack 1 minute after removing it from the microwave.
Note:Be careful not to overheat the gel pack under any circumstance.

Cold Therapy:
Insert the gel pack in the freezer for 2 -3 hours before use. Let it rest for at least 10 to 15. The pack is likely to remain cold for approximately 30-40 minutes. On removing it and wrap the gel pack in a towel or the cotton cover which comes with the product.
